Ever notice how the anticipated new season –
— holds you hostage?
I’m taping two new shows airing at the same time, while jogging back and forth from two other sets trying to get the gist of what’s going on in two more. I feel like The Walking Dead. All this to collect a few new favorites.
At least with the DVR, I can now watch a two-hour dance reality television competition in twenty minutes, sometimes less.
Can you handle The Whole Truth about this season? The Defenders took on Desperate Housewives and ended up turning a few Men of a Certain Age into some really Mad Men after they were accused of touching Grey’s Anatomy. No wonder. The Good Guys were accused of not being Blue Bloods at all. Fact is, one guy right In Plain Sight, thinking he’s a real Lone Star, went Undercovers. I don’t want to give the plot away, but it’s pretty easy to see he’s really in cahoots with his White Collar, Undercover Boss. No one has seen him since the Chase. Maybe he was Outsourced or Gleefully holed up in some Castle.
“$#*!,“ My Dad Says, “This Modern Family is No Ordinary Family. What’s become of Parenthood?” Actually, I believed Brothers & Sisters were Raising Hope until I noticed them on the Fringe, Running Wilde with Dexter like some kind of Outlaw. Sure enough My Generation fizzled.
Where did all the Law and Order go? Los Angeles? My House looks like a CSI crime scene while Couponman sits home all day catching up on dozens of recorded programs. But he did take a few minutes to find a cheap deal on tickets to Hawaii, Five-0 dollars — big IF we were willing to travel in the middle seat, scrunched between Mike and Molly.
At least Jack is now gone. Watching those 24 marathons for 24 straight hours took up most of my day. Better With You I found is really better without me.
The Good Wife may be the only Survivor in The Office not to receive a Burn Notice, and the Biggest Loser may be the television audience. Only the Medium knows for sure.
Who’s your favorite Entourage?

I miss Jack. At least Michael comes back soon!
That was AMAZING, yet not RACE-y
