Mom and I agreed on one thing. Spring was our favorite season. The other day I walked out of my front door, and lo and behold, “It’s right around the corner.” My first flower of spring had taken bloom.
“Buttercup,” I heard when I picked up the receiver. I have a friend I don’t see too often. She calls me that endearing name when we touch base. It makes me smile. “Yeah, Iris,” I answered back. I think it makes her smile.
Happy Springtime!

I love your pictures! Toes or no. I love when the daffodils start to bloom in my yard. Even when the last snow comes and knocks them down (and it always does) ~ the snow melts and they perk back up. Is that a metaphor for life or what!
